| Boston Streets: Mapping Directory Data was funded by a National Leadership grant form the Institute of Museum and Library Services in the area of Research and Demonstration. Part of the grant requirements were to submit interim reports on the progress of the project. Provided here (in pdf format)are the narrative from the original grant applicaton, plus the interim reports and ultimately, the final report to the IMLS. Like so many research projects, Boston Streets had its share of false starts and changes in direction while we worked to understand the connection between what we wanted to do and how we might be able to do it.
