Since some materials are old, fragile, or otherwise delicate, photocopying of University Archives and Special Collections material must be approved by the University Archivist. Charges are $0.10/page for self-service copying. Please ask before you photocopy.
Photocopy requests are governed by the same 20 minute time limit as other reference requests. Note: some material in the collections may be protected by copyright. See the Statement on Copyright for more information.
The DCA provides a range of reproduction and digitization services. Please consult the following rate sheet.
Please note that payment is in cash or check drawn on a US bank and made out to Trustees of Tufts College. We regret that we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.

In some cases, fees may be waived at the discretion of the DCA. Faculty and staff, and their designees, utilizing DCA services for official university business should inquire for further information on fees.
